As Founder and Group CEO of MPD Group, and Director of Origination & Structuring at Argent Global Partners, I have worked across banking, energy, telecoms, fintech, and real estate, providing strategies that scale businesses and open doors to growth opportunities. 

I have applied the same principles that drive high–level boardroom strategy to grassroots creative empowerment. For years, I have lectured at the Lagos Business School and the Multichoice Talent Factory, teaching ‘The Business Of Film‘ to equip creatives with financial and business literacy. My book, ‘The Game Of Money‘, distills these lessons into practical tools for creatives navigating the economics of storytelling. 

Through my  non–profit, InCircle Creative Foundation, I champion the development of Africa’s creative industry. The foundation drives strategic partnerships and equips professionals through three flagship platforms: 

InCircle Business Forum: equipping creatives; filmmakers, designers, musicians etc, with tools for business growth, and sustainable monetization. 

Leading Ladies in Business Forum: empowering emerging women leaders through mentorship, networking and structured discourse. 

The One–Voice Concert: uniting hearts through powerful creative expressions that inspire hope. 

With decades of pastoral experience, I boldy share God’s word across various spheres of life and peoples, positively touching lives, and leading many to Christ, healing, and transformation. I am passionate about bringing hope to a broken world through the power of God’s word.
